Description

Silver reliquary made in the form of a church. On the frontispiece can be seen the coat-of-arms of the Abbey, and of Jean de Villiers, bishop of Lombres and Cardinal, who became the Abbot of Saint Denis in 1474. Around the base of this reliquary can be read this inscription: Cy dedans sont plusieurs ossemens & reliques de plusieurs de Saints cy-aprés declarez S. Denys, S. Rustique, S Eleuthere, S. Jehan, S. Jacques, S. Pierre, S. Paul, S. André, S. Marc, S. Barthelemy, S. Martin, S. Fabien, S. Sebastien, S. Quentin, S. Laurent, S. Nicholas, S. Benoist, S. George, S. Lois, S. Leu, S. Gervais, S. Portais, S. Cosme, S. Estienne, Saints & Saintes
