Seated figure supporting the bracked with upraised arms.
The figure is holding a foliated plant (a bush)
between its knees
Supporters are stags in foliage. Note that the right one is eating a snake. 
Accoring to medieval legend, a stage wiould eat dragons 
or serpents to replace its  horns when they dropped off every year
